Follow the simple instructions below depending on what browser you are using (you can find out at the very top of this window):

Select 'Tools' from the top menu
Choose 'Internet Options'
Click on the 'Security' tab
Click on 'Reset all zones to default level' (or similar)
Click OK

Mozilla Firefox (1.0+)
